Production Process

Confirm the position of the hole on the cross section of Titanium Solid Bar

1. Drilling

The first step, the hole diameter generally not more than 80mm;

Diameter Tolerance: IT13～IT11；
Inner Surface Roughness， Ra 50~12.5μm

2. Counterbore

  Diameter Tolerance: IT11~IT10；
  Inner Surface Roughness， Ra 12.5~6.3μm

3. Reaming

  Diameter Tolerance: IT9～IT7；
  Inner Surface Roughness， Ra 3.2~0.8μm

4. Boring (Finish machining)

   Diameter Tolerance: IT7～IT6；

   Inner Surface Roughness， Ra 0.4~0.05μm
